Mastermind Media, LLC is committed to providing our customers with the best digital products and services possible. However, due to the nature of digital products and services, we do not offer any refunds except in the following situations:

  • If the digital product or service you received was not as described or did not function as intended, and is beyond repair.
  • If you did not give explicit consent to be charged for the product or service.
  • If the charge was the result of a technical error.
  • Downloadable software products.
 
In addition to the items listed above, please note that once we have transferred assets, files, or any digital products to a file storage or hosting provider, you may no longer be eligible for a refund. This is because the transfer of these items represents the completion of our services and the delivery of the product to the client. We strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the products and services we provide, but once the product has been transferred to the client’s file storage or hosting provider, it is beyond our control. We recommend that clients carefully review their purchases and ensure that they are satisfied with the product before proceeding with the transfer. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
 

Please note that we do not typically sell physical items, but in the event that we decide to add this. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

We understand that there may be situations where you are not satisfied with the product or service you received. If you feel that you are entitled to a refund and your situation is not covered by the above policy, please contact us to discuss your options. We are always willing to work with our customers to find a satisfactory resolution to any issues that may arise.

Refunds

Once your physical item is returned, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
